RCCGNA Seminary in Greenville Texas has signed a Strategic Partnership Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Belmopan, Belize in Central America. Termed BASIN – Belmopan Africa Strategic Innovative Network, RCCGNA Seminary has opened a Learning Center where Belmopanese, Belizeans and other International Students will be trained in a focused technical operations.
